3rd Annual Neighborhood Pickleball Skills Clinic

WHCA's Healthy West Hills committee and Noell Lewis of Edward Jones are co-sponsoring this year's Skills Clinic at the West Hills Pickleball Courts. The deadline to register is Wednesday, October 15. Register at https://bit.ly/PBskillsclinicRegistration. Pay at links below.

Volunteers will share the basics of Pickleball. Courts are reserved with the City of Knoxville's Parks and Recreation Department, and the rain date is set for Saturday, November 22, 2025. This one-day event will be covered by a TIS insurance policy.   

Each participant needs a separate registration.  Cost is $20 ($20.75 if using a credit card) per participant 16 years and older. Younger participants can have their parent register them for FREE. 

Bring your paddle, water bottle, sun protection and a chair. If you need to borrow a pickleball paddle, mention that on the registration form. Balls will be provided. Reusable water bottles will be given to participants and coaches by Noell Lewis of Edward Jones Investments.

Volunteer pickleball coaches will run 6 different skills stations at the start of the clinic and participants will rotate among them at the director's instruction. Afterward, the courts will be used for participants to test their new or improved skills in pickleball matches with each other and the coaches.   

Flexible Clinic Schedule:

8:45 Check in and sign waiver

9:10 Meet coaches and warm up

9:20 Rotate through 6 stations

11:20 Pickleball scrimmages

1pm Courts open to the public
