Become a Voting Member of West Hills Community Association
MEMBERSHIP of the Association is open to adults (18 years and older) residing in a single-family residence, within the Association boundaries, that is owned by a member of that household. Annual association membership fee is $25/residence. (**See below for new Yard Flag option.) WHCA voting privilege is granted to those households whose membership fee is current.

Our 2026 WHCA Yard Flag is only available to paid members. Membership is included in flag purchase.
January-December 2026 ($26 includes convenience fee)

Donations to the West Hills Community Association
We appreciate any donations that will help with community events, communications, unexpected expenses such as engineering experts; special called community meetings, or your expressed use of funds. No matter the amount or use, your gift makes a difference and is appreciated by all your neighbors and WHCA volunteers.
