Become a Voting Member of West Hills Community Association
MEMBERSHIP of the Association is open to adults (18 years and older) residing in a single-family residence, within the Association boundaries, that is owned by a member of that household. Annual association membership fee is $25/residence. (**See below for new Yard Flag option.) WHCA voting privilege is granted to those households whose membership fee is current. There are 3 ways to pay.
Our 2026 WHCA Yard Flag is only available to paid members. Flag purchase includes membership.
1. Pay $25 via check to WHCA and mailed to WHCA c/o Treasurer PO Box 31341 Knoxville, TN 37930.
2. Pay $26 (Yard Flag NOT included) via Credit or Debit Card 2026 Annual Membership
3. Pay $25 (NO Yard Flag) via Venmo confirming WHCA account w/ phone x7451 and Membership purpose
Donations to the West Hills Community Association
We appreciate any donations that will help with community events, communications, unexpected expenses such as engineering experts; special called community meetings, or your expressed use of funds. No matter the amount, your gift makes a difference and is appreciated by all your neighbors and WHCA volunteers. There are 3 ways to donate.
